Nordic school: The Nordic school is characterized by a high degree of mechanization and emphasis on animal lfare. Most of the cultured species are concentrated in fish with high economic value, such as salmon. Since the salmon breeding cycle is as long as 2 years, and the demand for feed is continuous and huge, the Nordic school has many years of experience and advantages in temperature control of breeding water, removal of ammonia nitrogen, and deployment of feed formula. The assembly line production has been realized in various links such as seedling feeding, breeding, pond pouring, fish separation, purification, and slaughtering.

The Israeli school: The Israeli school is the core of its technology highlights water-saving performance and pursues the maximum volume of effective aquaculture water per unit area of the circulating water plant, which also fits the hydrological characteristics of the country itself. Therefore,  see that a large number of Israeli RAS factories carry out high-frequency water cycle renewal at the cost of high energy consumption and high building material costs, and there is a trend of developing projects into large-scale multi-storey factories in the form of three-dimensional farming. Variety economic value requirements are high.

North American school: The North American school advantages lie in controlling energy consumption and modularizing the breeding system, with output efficiency as the core goal, and relatively low requirements for cultured species. Farming prawns, tilapia, California bass, grouper, salmon, sturgeon and other species can achieve good returns. The technology of the North American school is an all-round competition. From the design of the breeding unit, the reasonable and effective planning of the size of the breeding water body, to the rate of circulating water, the level of energy consumption, the durability of the equipment of the microfiltration machine and the nitrification tank, the North American school is superior in all aspects. Achieved technological leadership and greatly reduced the cost structure of farming.
