The pool body of the WOLIZE Fish Farming Tank is welded by hot-melt welding technology, so what is hot-melt welding technology?
Hot-melt welding is to use the welding machine to press the PVC sandwich cloth and use the welding machine itself to drive it into the upper and lower pressure rollers in the direction of the membrane. When welding, the upper and lower pressure rollers press the membrane material, and the nozzle ejects hot air. Fusion film surface, to achieve the purpose of welding.
Technical steps of hot melt welding:
Step 1: First, use scissors to cut the PVC mesh to the required size, carefully check whether the edges to be welded are clean, and there should be no curling cracks, etc. If these parts are not cleaned, it will directly affect the welding effect.
Step 2: Adjust the temperature of the welding machine, and the operator takes protective measures, and welds the two pvc sandwich cloths that need to be welded through the welding machine.
Step 3: Check whether the seam is complete and whether there is skip welding. (The probability of jump welding is very small, in order to ensure product quality, it still needs to be checked.)
Technical characteristics of hot melt welding:
1. Before welding, the temperature needs to be adjusted well, not too high, and the operator needs to take protective measures.
2. The two materials to be welded must be of the same melting point.
3. The thickness of the welded membrane material does not change significantly at the welding point, and the bonding force at the welding point is strong.
