Yesterday marked another milestone for our aquaculture solutions division as a full truckload of galvanized steel fish ponds rolled out of our factory yard, bound for a long-standing customer who is expanding their tilapia operation.

Each panel was laser-cut from 1.0 mm hot-dip galvanized sheet, zinc coating ≥275 g/m², ensuring a service life well beyond ten years even in coastal humidity. Before loading, our QC team conducted a 100 % visual inspection and random 5 % dimensional checks—every bolt hole, every flange, every emboss met the drawing tolerance of ±1 mm. The result: a perfect stack of 186 panels, nested and steel-strapped to international export standards.

The shipment includes:
• 12 circular culture tanks, 6 m diameter × 1.5 m deep  
• 4 conical bottom settling tanks, 3 m diameter × 2 m deep  
• All stainless steel bolts, EPDM gaskets and pre-formed inlet/outlet fittings

Loading took place under a light drizzle, so we added an extra layer of PE shrink wrap to keep the zinc surface pristine. By 4:30 p.m. the tarp was secured, the driver had the customs release note in hand, and the rig pulled away—right on schedule.

Our customer will receive the cargo in under 48 hours. Our after-sales engineer, Ms. Liang, will fly in the same week to supervise assembly and commission the recirculation pumps. Within seven days the new ponds will be filled, aerated and stocked, adding 120 t of annual production capacity to their farm.
